BEG is also involved in the production of concrete for the building of renewable energy plants, managing the whole production cycle right from the crushing of aggregates.

Thanks to technologically advanced facilities, modern equipment and qualified operators, BEG is able to offer the most reliable production and a vast range of solutions for the requirements of the specific works.

For the building of the Kalivac hydroelectric plant, BEG set up a concrete mixing facility capable of producing 200m³-per-hour of concrete, in order to provide for the needs of a public work construction.
The use of cement and carefully-selected machinery guarantees high-quality standards, verified by national laboratories provided with high-end technology.
The plant uses an 18-meter mobile crusher from Metso Minerals and two self-moving machines for the riddling of crushed rocks. Each machine is equipped with an on-board computer that, thanks to an exclusive software, allows simultaneous communication among the machinery working in the construction site.
The concrete facility was made by Euromecc and is capable of producing and distribute 200m³-per-hour of concrete in a continuous cycle, using the crushed stone generated by the crusher and cement produced by the most prestigious Italian cement-makers.
Three mobile concrete mixers made by Cifa/Astra, with a capacity of 10 m³ each, provide for the collection and a quick distribution in the construction site.
A 41-meters new generation powered engine allows the concrete to reach considerable heights and slopes.
The use of a fully computerized facility, constantly monitorized by qualified technicians, assures optimal production times and a high quality of the final product, always according to the specific requirements of the facility.
